The minimum bar:

• Deep daily fluency with Claude, GPT, Gemini and other major LLMs — you know each one's strengths and limits
• A real track record of building with AI — tools, automations, workflows, agents, apps you can actually show
• Strong teaching ability — clear on camera, in writing, or live voice Q&A
• Comfortable running a Discord community end-to-end, member-facing, every week
• Reliability — you show up week after week, not just for the launch
